Is Mayo/egg/avocado etc. Water-soluble?

I do a deep homeade treatment for my hair once a week using anything from eggs to mayo to avocado and Olive oil.(gross, i know lol) I want to know if these are water soluble or can be rinsed with a CO-wash because i am CG. Thanks!

If you've already been using it, and you don't have nasty build up, then I'd say you're good to go. Some people can't use evoo, some can. Some people can use mineral oil no problem and some people can't get it out even with shampoo, it really depends on your hair. If you've been able to get it out with suave then I'd say keep using it.
Yes, a co-wash is sufficient.
