Curls Goddess Glaze

So... I was doing my hair today and reached for a product that I don't use often... Curls Goddess Glaze...

And it hit me... that Gel-les'C is EXTREMELY similar... hmmm...

But the Goddess Glaze is a lot cheaper...

And the results I get... are comparable... I get less shine from the Goddess Glaze though

Any other ladies here used both products?
What similarities did you notices?

Yes they are very similar! I use both of them together. Curls sent me something like a product usage card with my latest purchase and it indicated that if you use both the Glaze and Gel-les'c together you can get slightly more hold than if you just use either product on their own.

And for those who are wondering about the Gel-les'c and the concern for the price. A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. I have had my bottle for about 2 months now and I used it 2-3 times per week and I STILL have 3/4 of the 8 oz bottle left. It still very pricey but Eco-Styler, Long Aid, Proclaim and all of the other store bought gels didn't work for me so this is a wonderful alternative to the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]Kinky Curly Curling Custard[/buylink]. I use my [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] for my flat twists/twists and the Gel-les'c (w/Goddess Glaze) for my wash n gos or half flat twists/half ponypuff styles. Check out both in the April & May 2009 folders of my photobucket.

I apply Karen's Body Beautiful Hair Milk as my leave-in, then pure almond butter then whichever styler based on what style I'm going for.

I'm going to try and do a comparison of both products...

Any other curlies think they might work the same?

My mom uses both and she said the same thing. I haven't tested the goddess glaze out to compare the two. I hate when companies do that..

So do I.... and i'm mad that it took me this long to figure it out....

The Glaze is thicker and the scents are different... But I think they pretty much do the same thing... The Description on the website is very similar too.
