JCRR and CC and coco oil

So, I remember reading that Jess from JC said one way to possibly combat dry hair from her products is to use oil with the product. So, my question, do i mix the coco oil with RR or CC?
Yesterday , I put CC and RR in my hair and about 30% dry i out coco oil on... a very small amount. My hair was really gross yesterday. I was hard and crunchy at the ends and very tangly. Can someone tell me if this is what she recommends to do? I also had a bit of honey in my hair... but have been using it for the last few days with no problems.

You can listen to her interview where she talks about it on Jillipoo's blog. It's the first interview.

Wavy Wonder, I tried the Burt's Bees Grapefruit condish with the the MOP C-Curl cream and my hair felt gross and sticky. I had to re-wash and style because it was such a disaster. I stopped using those products and went strictly Jessicurl (with honey rinses). Just my 2 cents. I'm still trying to figure out the routine!

Oops, forgot to mention that I'm also trying a honey spray (a little honey in a spray bottle with water that someone recommended) instead of a refreshing spray because my hair doesn't like re-wetting.

    thanks guys!
I'll check out the video again. I must have missed when she spoke about oil.
solidgold-- my hair can tolerate MOP curl cream... but like any prduct, I can't use it too many days in a row. I did notice today that when i wash my hands after applying mop i definitely need soap , as my hands feel coated , but with JC RR and CC I don't have that grimmy coated feeling.
I'm going to have to try the honey spray. So you use it as a curl refresher?
Really i think i need to add another curl cream into my rotation. Hmmm, any recommendations? :) is [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] a curl cream?

It's kind of a curl cream. Here is a thread all about creams. PLACE THAT SAMPLE ORDER WITH KATHYMACK ALREADY!!! That way you can try a bunch out :)
