Suave shampoos

It sounds like quite a few are CG, and are a fave with some of you. Which ones do you like best, and why?

TIA

If I feel the need to use a a sulfate, I go for the coconut or tangerine one.

I think I wrote that wrong. I meant, do they all have sulfates?

I think most people are using the conditioners, not the shampoos. The shampoos have sulfates (and therefore are decidedly not CG). The conditioners have a very mild surfactant - (cetrimonium chloride). I use the Waterfall Mist or Coconut conditioners as my co-wash and adore it! The Waterfall Mist just has the fewest ingredients and the best scent, I think. The Coconut has amino acids, so I use that when I feel like my hair could use some protein.

    Thanks for the advice. :)

Aw, you're sweet! :D It's worth a try - at less than $2 a bottle, how can you go wrong? ;) I did get protein buildup from using the Coconut too often, so I kind of switch off between it and the Waterfall Mist depending on how my hair feels.
