I haven't been to vancouver in about a year so........ the only suggestions I can think of is trade secrets. Are there trade secrets in Van? IF not, try looking on line, perhaps the beauty supply outlet? Just do a search on yahoo.ca
    Good luck!

    Try calling Abantu in Burnaby.
(On Kingsway, across Eaton Centre Metrotown)

They probably won't have proper heating
caps, but I do remember purchasing
a heating cap imitation ( it worked with
a blow dryer ) for about 18 bucks a few
    years ago.

    Good Luck !

I seen it at Sally's the other day. Check their locations online and call them before you go.
