Peanut Butter Cookies

Just thought I'd post this for anyone looking to make a good peanut butter cookie. Found on Receipezaar.com.
Made them with my KitchenAid stand mixer. I did alter slightly by setting my oven temperature to 350, baked for 12 minutes, and used a Pampered Chef baking stone. Finished with a peanut M&M in the middle when they came out of the oven.
These are hard to resist so do NOT make these if you are on a diet or have no self-control.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375* Mix first six ingredients.
2 Add the rest of the ingredients.
3 Mix well.
4 Roll into balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour.
5 Bake for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet (I usually grease my cookie sheet anyway). Ovens vary so your baking time may be less. Just keep an eye on them.
