4 tablespoons Olive Oil added to 4 tablespoons Conditioner. Mix together. Put all through your hair and put up in a bun. Leave it in all day, then rinse out with vinegar.:glasses1:

I heard of Castor oil on your ends for split ends and castor oil on your scalp for hair growth.

Olive oil (or olive oil + castor oil). This can be done on clean or dirty hair.

Depends on your hair length, but I'd start with a 1/4 cup of oil, heated. Apply mid-shaft to ends, really focusing on ends. Cover with a plastic cap and leave on for at least an hour. Rinse or co-wash out.

you might want to try sealing your ends after your hair is wet. so shower, pool, beach, rain or wash. i rotate my oils and mix it with condish and oil in the palm of my hands then i just work it through the ends of my hair. it takes alot longer to dry though i dont get split ends

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.
