Mixed up an avacado, a banana, one can of coconut milk, added some honey and evoo. Its on my head now actually. Im wondering whether or not i should add heat though? I dont want cooked food on my head lol. Ill update when I rinse as to whether not my head liked it or not.

UPDATE: This was a horrible idea. I should of left the banana out. I sat under a hooded dryer for awhile, then rinsed it out....I didnt lookin the mirror this entire time. When I did, I had banana stuck everywhere in my hair. It took me an hour to get it all out. Plus lots of pulling which resulted in lots of hair loss. Worse idea ever. I basically had a fruit basket caught up in my hair. I was almost crying cause I hadnt detangled my hair first either, so it was all tangled up with banana. Alllll bad. My advice. Leave the banana out.

u could just apply plastic wrap to your head and allow your natural body heat do the trick. sounds like a good mix though.

Actually, it's ok to use banana, but you have to make sure it's pureed, with not a single lump left. You could just use banana baby food.
Nappy is not an 'N' word.
