living proof vs. sabino

I am ready for a change and would like to start flat ironing and wetsetting my hair. But i need some frizz fighting, humidy resistant help. I looked into both living proof and sabino, both of which basically received good reviews here.
But for those of you that have used both, which do you prefer. I am 3c-4b, my hair attracts moisture so I can not use glycerine at all.
thanks in advance

Living proof did nothing for me in a rollerset that a cheaper product could not do. If you try it get it from Sephora so you can return it.

Playing with my hair is a hobby. Fluffy, fine natural 4a. Goal= Healthy, beautiful hair that retains its length.
Hear that crash? It's me falling off the CG wagon.

Let's see, I'm new at rollersetting but this is what I've tried:
    Hairveda Whipped cream
Karen's Body Beautiful Hair milk and Deva blonde One C
I want to try [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink]. My problem is I can't get the feel and body in a rollerset to be the same as a wash and go.

thanks, i looked at the hairveda whipped cream and kbb hair milk, but they both contain glycerine. and my hair does not do well with glycerine. I was thinking about trying the whipped cream if they have a sale. (I dont need anything else in my closet i dont use.)
i saw the results of your first roller set, it looked good. what do you mean you cant the feel of a wash n go?

i just bought the curlformers today. i have a setting lotion by natural oasis ( a natural company) but i really think im going to need something to help fight humidity. maybe i should try the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]kccc[/buylink]. i have that

My curly hair clumps together and it feels smooth and it behaves. My rollerset hair is like cotton candy.

I haven't used Sabino as it isn't curly friendly; I do use Living Proof which to me is awesome. I am 3b thick coarse hair and love, love, love it. Check out some of my other replies.

I use and love Sabino. I've got ultra thick, ultra coarse, super dense 4a hair (LOVE IT!!!), and I can use a tiny bit when I rollerset and a tiny bit more when I flat-iron and my hair comes out spectacular. It's pure silicone, which is the only thing that keeps my hair from reverting in the humidity. When I'm curly, I try to avoid cones. When I'm straight, I try to avoid flat-ironing ever day and the cones are the only things that make that happen.

Living proof didn't work for me AT ALL. It made my hair like a rock and it took weeks of conditioning to get it back to normal.

This has been my experience, too. I love Sabino Moisture Block, though I'm new to it and have used it only 3 times. My hair is closer to 3b and I don't want damage when I roller set and flat iron.
