My hair smells like bad cologne!

No more Nature's Gate Herbal conditioner for me! I don't care how nice it felt rinsing out... it's been over 16 hours since I washed my hair and it's still going strong! :puker:

Just needed to vent. I have a test in about fifteen minutes and then it's straight back to the dorm to wash it out.

I hear you. I have some too, and I noticed that the scent is just too much. I only use it once in a while. The one that I really like is the chamomile. I used it before they changed the packaging as well as the jojoba one, they work great and have a nice light fresh smell. I just saw a pomegranate sunflower one the other day and it smelled really nice.

I had the same problem with that conditioner:thumbdown:. It's too damn strong and dried out my hair like no other. The aloe vera moisturizing conditioner and their organics line is way better.

Good to know I'm not alone! I swear I read some positive reviews on it and the smell wasn't mentioned at all. My problem is that I'm sensitive to protein and aloe/oils haven't been playing well with my hair, so this seemed like the one to try. Oh well, at least I'm only out like $3...

Yeah that's what I paid for mine at Grocery Outlet. They sell NG always for $2.99. I'm anxious to try the low poo I just bought today..... Persimmon & Rose Geranium.

curlyjenn- I hate stong smelling hair products too. There was one I used, name escapes me, smelled like burnt rubber to me .. ptooie

marinacurlz - Be interested to hear how you make out with the persimmon. I tried it and it made my scalp itchy. Think there must've been something in it that I'm sensitive to.
