Used Cyclopentasiloxane by mistake. What do I need to wash it out with?

Oh pooey. I accidentally used a spray in my hair that has a lot of Cyclopentasiloxane in it. Can I was wash with a sulfate free shampoo to get it out or will I have to whip out the sulfate shampoo to remove it? Will one application of this make a big deal? Or should I definitely use a harsher shampoo to get it out?

According to the Curly Chemist in this thread http://www.naturallycurly.com/curltalk/showthread.php?p=596361 where she clarifies that cyclopentasiloxane is cyclomethicone, and the recommended cleansing agents for silicones here http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/curly-q-a/whats-the-scoop-on-silicones, you should be able to get it out with even just cocamidopropyl betaine.
