Truly hypoallergenic makeup

I need recommendations for makeup,especially eye shadow and liner,also powder and tinted moisturizer.
I have eczema and keep reading that I need to find mica,bismuth and titanium free products,but can't seem to find any.
Any ideas?

For eyeshadows, narrow your search to ones that are liquid or cream. There are some that don't have those ingredients. Powder formulas will most likely have one or two of them.

I saw a Neutrogena sheer mineral liquid foundation without those ingredients.

If you look on drugstore.com, you can see ingredients for all products. Even if you don't buy from them, it's a great way to shop.
