Tea to help hair growth?

Has anyone heard of using tea as a hair rinse to grow your hair? I use green tea b/c I read it helps stop breakage and hair loss. I don't know if it's growing but it is itchy lol. I co-wash at least every 3 days so it shouldn't be itchy but I think that just means it's growing lol. :blob7:

    I've never heard of this.. but I do enjoy drinking my green tea (I have some right now!).

    does itching really mean growth? *shrugs*

    I've heard that green tea is good for you when you *drink* it, because it's full of anti-oxidants. Maybe it's good as a rinse because it's astringent (like ACV), so it might make your hair shiny/balance it's pH? Just a guess ^^;;
