Do you have any good power yoga recommendations? I do hatha but want to step it up a bit. Women's Health mag says I should...

I think the best yoga DVD ever is Yoga Shakti with Shiva Rea (I hope the spelling is right!). There's lots of routines and options, and it is definitley tough, but there's also not a lot of "fancy" moves. Also, it't not too annoying.

I absolutely love Sonic Yoga's Vinyasa Heat Live. The only problem is that it is a few years old so you can probably only find it in VHS format. They have the VHS on amazon.com. I had a friend transfer my VHS copy to DVD because I love it so much.

Study showed that it burns up to 9 calories a minute. Check this link out: /home/leaving?target=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.sonicyoga.com%2Fimages%2Fstudio%2Fmag%2Fmain.pdf" class="Popup
    CO Wash: VO5 Clarifying Conditioners
Conditioner: Curly Kinks Deep Conditioner and Leave-In
Styling: Still searching but currently using HESMU
