Those of you who work long hours...

How do you plan your meals? I have to work from 7 am to 7 pm most days this week and I have no idea how to plan out my food! I get hungry about every 4 hours. I'm thinking I should start with a good breakfast, at least 400 calories and some good protein. Anyone else have a schedule like this? How do you keep yourself going? :wink: Any advice would be great! TIA
