all natural gels?

Are [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] or KMF upper management gel considered "natural"? Are there any other natural gels people could recommend? I have tried flax gel (some made by me, some by BB) and I like it but... I HATE having to keep my gel in the refrigerator and worrying about it going bad.

Also, I may be switching from TE to natural soap bars, and I was hoping to find a styler that I could find at the store and not have to order online. I am going to try aloe vera gel, but my past experience would suggest that it won't be enough frizz and volume control.

While some people would call [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] a gel--it looks and has the consistency of a gel--for many of us, it's a curl enhancer. AO B5 is a natural gel that you can buy at Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe or health food stores. They also make something that's a Jelly--called Mandarin Magic Jelly. Many ladies on the 4a board find it similar to [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink]. Most of the other more natural gels, you have to buy online--Curl Junkie, Hoity Toity, Donna Marie Honey & Aloe Jelly, etc.

You'll know by the smell! It only lasts a few days out of the refrigerator. I put some natural preservatives in my last batch--citric acid, Lavender EO and Vit E. It lasted for about two weeks before going bad.

If you like FSG , you may like Donna Marie Aloe and Honey curling Jelly; it is the best jelly I have tried (for curl formation, anti-frizz, shine, hold, clumping) and it smells great... like vanilla. If you want a stiffer gel, Geovanni makes an all natural one I think. I freeze my FSG in small batches to keep fresh.

I use and like all of these and sometimes mix them. Also used to use Aubrey Organics Mandarin Magic and loved it.
