Universal makeup colors...

I am always hearing that "xyz is a universally flattering color that can be used by most women."

I was wondering if anyone had heard this about particular colors, and what they may be. For examply - Nars Orgasm is supposed to be fantastic. Any others?

"Universal" colors never work for me. I think maybe for women who don't have extreme coloring, they might be fine. Nars Orgasm blush is a really pretty shade, but it does nothing for me. Having extremely pale skin, blue eyes, and black hair; there are a limited number of colors that actually are flattering.

Also, MAC lip liner in Spice is supposed to be a universal color. Also, just a basic rosy cheek look is always universal. Go get a pink blush and apply lightly to the apples of your cheeks.
