    I haven't heard of anyone using that one. What are the ingredients? You want to avoid anything that ends in -cone, -conol, and -xane.

    Generally a co-wash conditioner is pretty light. V05, Suave Naturals, and L'oreal Vive Pro Nutrigloss for curly/wavy hair (the other ones have silicones) are popular co-washing conditioners.
