Product Suggestions for 2b/3b

I have thick, almost elbow length 2b/3b (I think) hair. I am looking for natural products. I am trying not to use shampoo. I would like something that doesn't cost too much, especially since my hair seems to eat conditioner! I have a rite-aid and a few small co-ops near by and thats about it, and I don't want to order online. I would like somethings good for CG and keeping frizz down. I also have dry and itchy scalp at times. Thanks for any suggestions!
Note: What I use now- organix tea tree mint condish, head and shoulders silky condish, gardier leave in and burts bees honey shea butter body lotion (yes, in my hair)

if what you have for suggestions does not meet all the things I said thats fine too. Mostly I am looking for a condish and gel/leave-in

i like jessicurl too, but you may have to order those online as well depending where you live...
