natural styling aid for 3B?

namom3namom3 Registered Users Posts: 40
I am looking for a styling product and/or recipe for 3b curls. Prefer no: alcohol, cones, parabens. The flaxseed gel is OK- I will continue to use it until I find my HG (I'm determined!)
No: heating tools, sulfates, cones, parabens
Co-wash: Suave naturals (coconut and ocean breeze) Acct baking soda to clarify as needed
DC: olive or almond oil with EO rosemary
Style: Homemade flaxseed gel with aloe vera juice, epsom salt, and EO rosemary and lavender. Exploring various conditioners to use with the tightly curly method
Want to try: adding different EO's to HFSG, growing out hair
Always ISO: natural remedies for 3b curls!

Honestly? Yeah - you're already using it. :toothy3: Well, sort of. For me, it's the FSG that I make myself, and I've recently been accused (in jest) of being a witch because I make really good FSG. It's hard to find anything without alcohol, cones, or parabens that works as well...at least for a reasonable price.

to update your signature click on your name next to where it says 'Welcome:' at the top of the page and there should be a link to update your signature down the left side of the page in there.

Also, your hair looks awesome!! how do you pineapple it at that length?? my hair is a similar length to yours and i cant figure out how to pineapple it without having it loosen my curls and give me frizz

My hair is actually down to my middle back. I rub gel into my hands, put it into a loose pony up top of my head. Wake up, take it out, shake it like crazy and spritz and gel just a little and go!

I am DYING to try the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink]. Where can I get it? I rather get it from a store as opposed to online. I LOVE the ingredients- just what I'm looking for. Until then its HFSG w/ aloe vera for me!
