help with curly hair

hi i wondered if anyone can help me. ive got 4a/4b thick afro hair and ive wondered if anyone can help me because i usually straighten my hair but i want to stop straightning it because its damaging my hair and does anyone no of any hair products so i can wear my hair down curly and so it dosent frizz?

any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks :D

    is it majority 4a?
    SUPER THICK 3C zig-zags, blackish with random natural brown/red highlights. Searching for my exact heritage, 'cause I don't have a clue...

    i've been using blue magic coconut oil hair conditioner (which is actually grease) that i bought from walmart in very small quantities, and its been working pretty well, so you could try that. its very cheap for a pretty good sized tub of it, so its worth a try! i rub a small amount into my hair in the shower, then try to rub some excess out.
