What did Rachel True do to her hair?

I watch UPN's "Half n' Half" to look at my hair idol Rachel True.
Well last night's new episode opened with Mona (Rachel's character) having
her new hairdo being complimented by her sister and then Mona said her boyfriend likes it too ;-)

The look *is* nice. Does anyone know what she did to her hair to come up with this look? I hope she didn't apply heat to he georgeous curls to eelongate them.

Thanks ladies.

I was wondering the same thing. I thought I missed something from the last episode I actually LOVE the way her hair looks now. Whatever she did, I want to do it too. So, if anyone knows, please let us know.
3B course on the dry side. Still searching for the best gel that will leave my hair feeling soft

Why not? What is wrong with that occassionally (especially if it looks good...) as opposed to other methods of elongation?

(I didn't see it so don't know what it looks like.)

    .
I said that because, I repeat, she is my hair idol... I like her new look but I made a vow to myself never to use heat utensils on on my hair again once I went natural. My curls are extremely healthy now because of it and I am gonna stick to my commitment. Consequently, if I stick to my commitment and Rachel is using heat then I will not be attempting to emulate her. That's what I meant. If anyone wants to use heat let them! I just won't be doing it ever again.

I will look for a photo. It looked similar to a new look she wore as a presenter on the "Trumpet Awards", only BETTER! She had looser and shinier curls that before. Kinda hard to explain.

Ok I found photos but how do I post them

Well since I dont know how -- this link should take you to a
Getty Images page. Once you get to the page type "Rachel True" in
the search box on the left being sure to check within results.

When I tried to post a direct link to this page it wouldn't work.

Anyway, her old look is on the first row of pics at the Soul Train Awards last Month.

The new look is found if you scroll down to the third and fourth row of pics taken at the Trumpet Awards last month.

Still lookin for a TV episode photo.
