Wearing the BE foundation alone...

Does the main foundation work good without the rest of the stuff? At ULTA they're sold together (may be sold seperately too but I haven't checked that out yet). At Sephora, it's all seperate and I'm interested in trying the foundation by itself.

    I use mineral powder foundation by itself. I use a plain old eyeshadow/highlighter compact and blushers/bronzers from the dollar store.
    --I'm located in Western PA.   --I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, joined the forums in May 2005, started going grey in late 2005.   --My hair is 3B with some 3A, currently at mid back length when dry,  texture-medium/fine, porosity-top is low, middle is medium, ends are porous, elasticity-normal.   --My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, coconut oil, honey, vinegar.

    I also use the BE foundation by itself (I'm assuming you mean without Mineral Veil) because the MV made me break out horribly.
    I can't get kits where I live, so I buy everything separately.

    I use Jurlique Silk Dust over the BE foundation to avoid the oilies.

    I use BE blushes too and they are lovely.
    If you can't be a Good Example, then you'll just have to be a Horrible Warning

    I just use Mineral Veil alone and have for years. I love it.
