good recipe to relax the curl?

are there any good recipes to relax the curls.. my curls are tight on the crown and basically its different all over...

3b with sprinkles of c every other place mostly on the crown.

would love to hear some recipes
3b/C with nicer curls on the bottom!
Hair: naturally very dry and VERY porous
hair seems to be moody.
Does not seem to like oils
Does not like protein or too much?
Does not like rich products

So, I ask myself. What does it like? That is the question, and I'm on a mission.

I saw a video on youtube using yogurt and coconut milk and I've also read bout good results from mixing yogurt with conditioner. (It should be plain whole fat yogurt, not nonfat or lowfat).

    Here's the thread on LHCF:

I mixed some in my henna last night and my hair is super soft and my curls are clumping better, but that could be from the henna. I'm going to do a few yogurt/conditioner treatments this week to see if I notice a difference.

    (I'm a 4a/3c mix with some 3a & b in the back and sides)
Nappy is not an 'N' word.

Wow, I am intrigued by the yogurt thing. I wonder what kind of yogurt they are using or if it matters.
3A curls, fine texture, thin (it's always been that way). A few inches past shoulder length and would like it to grow very long.

    Latest routine:

Conditioner: Jessicurl Too Shea conditioner, DermOrganic Masque, Redken All Soft
