Hello, well I discovered this website and I dont even remember how but is really helpful. You put your height, weight, etc. and it tells u how many calories do u have to eat in order to maintain or lose weight. It also tells u out of that calories, how many have to be fruits, how many vegetables, oils, etc!! In this website you can even do ur own meals...while u are adding everything u eat, it will tell u how many fruits, meats, etc. you are currently eating and how many u need!!!!
