A NJ joke. Today is my first day going sulfate free, cone free. CO, CG, whatever--I don't have the lingo down but the posts have been a wealth of info on how to. I "washed" with Nexxus Assure conditioner this am and it felt great. I get a much needed trim tomorrow for my 3 b/c hair. Wish me luck. I always find going to the salon intimidating even tho my dresser is a curls specialist.

    exit 135 you're kidding?!? can u believe the new lights there - the lanes don't even go to the right places lol. i'm 3b/3c too...good luck w/ the trim

    Oh, it's just like driving in the rest of Jersey: shut your eyes and hope for the best. No, really, I totally haven't figured them out yet.:laughing5:
