Anyone else that's not a fan of Coconut Oil Cause I feel like a Freak about it?

in Hair Type 3
It seems the two oils everyone raves about are the two oils that I happen not to be able to absorb well, coconut oil and olive oil. I find them too oily, and they leave my face and body greasy and not softer after, is this just me, am I the only freak, why

The carrot oil I use now is a blend of carrot and other oils. I have one other carrot oil blend that is mostly just carrot oil and it's thinner than the previous formulation.
So I guess it depends on which one you have available to you.
If you have too much oil in your hair period it will feel greasy, or maybe it means you don't really need the oil. My hair seems to just drink it up.

.....*sigh*. such a dissapointment. I used an Indian brand and it made my hair hard and gross. I bought some pure, unrefined organic coconut oil from the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday and it felt sooooooo good on my hair and skin so I rubbed it allllllll over my body.
30 minutes later I was covered in a huge rash.
