Shampoo bars = no shampoo?

I just wanted to know if using shampoo bars considered CG if there are no sulphates in it.
Why do some people still want to use shampoo bars? Does only doing co-washing not clean the hair enough?
Im new to this so im trying to understand. Thanks!

I would consider them modified CG. From what I read, most feel they generally fall between a no 'poo and a low 'poo in terms of cleansing. To me, that's basically true, but probably closer to a low 'poo. I use them because I tend to get weighed down by co-washing only, and I get more body with the bars.

    HTH. :)

    Shampoo bars w/Organic ACV rinses
KBB milk wash out, Super Silky leave-in
Donna Marie CCB, KCCC, FSG, and Cocoa Hemp Buttercream to scrunch the crunch.

    2C/3A, slightly past BSL.
