Hal Higdon 30/30 Plan

Has anyone ever followed it?
For me personally, it seems like a much better plan to get into an exercise regimen than the couch to 5k plan.
If you've followed it, did you find yourself feeling more in shape at the end?
I've got to start this.. maybe even today!

the only thing I'm concerned about is that he seems to recommend running every day, and almost all running experts agree it's not good for a beginner to run on consecutive days. The tendons and bones and muscles need time to recover otherwise you risk getting an injury like runner's knee or something like that. But if you do the 30/30 workout every other day or 3 days a week I think it would be great.
