Putting lots of food in your hair

I've come to the conclusion that my hair likes lots of product. It's the only way I get good waves, and 2nd day hair. Since I use so much product, esp. a leave in, I decided to make the leave in as homeade/inexpensive/natural/water soluble as possible.

In it:

Coconut Milk
Jojoba Oil
Wheat Germ Oil
A good measure of Giovanni Leave In Treatment, the liquid stuff
Grapefruit Seed Extract

Could there be anything bad about putting so many things that in all reality go bad after awhile in your hair? I'm keeping a majority of the mix in the 'frige until I'm ready to use it.

I mostly got the idea after looking at the ingredients in KBB Hair Milk that everyone loves.

I don't know if I'll get any responces, I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts...
Wavy, curly on the ends, 2C.
Coarse to medium textured, porous, dry, and lots of it.
