    YES, they do. At least they made my hair thicker. Not a huge amount of difference, but definitely made it thicker and stronger. I've lost less hair while on them too which probably makes it appear thicker too.

    I read that Biotin makes the hair a bit thicker, but I am not sure is so substantial that it is daunting.

    Yes, they can. My hair has always been very fine and thin. I have new growth that is thicker than usual.

    Thicker is better than thinner - at least for me.
