This is something I wear only in my house, it's the only picture I have here. It was the first hair stick bun I made.

    Your bun looks really nice.

That's pretty!! I want to use a stick or fork but they keep slipping out. My hair is either too thin/fine or just not long enough yet.

Maybe it's something you have to practise, mine slipped out easily at first. Still does sometimes.

I saw your post on LHC-it's really cute! I use sticks at home only. I look funny with my hair up, but in the heat, it's great to be able to get all my hair up with one li'l cheap old stick.

Holy cow, Speckla! Your hair is growing so fast!

I don't like the way I look with all my hair pulled back like that. I like buns, especially the huge ones that ladies with really long hair can do. It just does nothing for my face. lol (especially when I grew out my bangs) I do messy/curly buns sometimes. With as much hair as I have, the curls are visible from the front and keeps me from looking bald. :tongue3:

    Thank you Caleilani.

Anyway, I was bored and tried some buns. I failed, but here is one that looked decent.

    I can't bun :(

The only way I can do it is to twist my hair and secure with an extra large flexi-8.

    Any tips?
