I just bought one. It feels like it really works, but I've only used it a couple days, so I don't know how effective it is. My abs feel tight, and the back of my thighs feel tight. Also, it is great if you have back trouble. I have a lot of back problems. Crunches kill my back, ab rollers kill my back, and those excercise balls aren't much better for it! But the ab lounge supports your back, so it never aches when I"m done.

Thanks for sharing that because I feel the same way. Ab rollers, the ball, and regular crunches don't really work for me. Ab work is very difficult for me because I had surgery on my abdominals during a biopsy last year, so the muscles tend to spasm and it really isn't fun. I want to invest in an ab lounge but want to find out first hand if its worth it before I go and get one.
