Hair disagreement: Need some input!

Okay, I have a penchant for doing more than one experiment at one time. I shouldn't do it, I shouldn't do it, but i did!

Anyway my hair was looking better since Saturday when I used the soap bar from India and tried AO B5 Design gel for the first time yesteray. My hair was shinier than usual. My [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] and KCKT arrived in the mail yesterday so I had to try it this morning.

Anyway, I used the CV Nettle shampoo bar for the first time this morning, rinsed, ACV, etc. I put in [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Knot-Today-p-207.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-knot-today-leaveindetangler]KCKT[/buylink] let sit then rinsed out (I was afraid of it being too heavy for my hair), I did a little ACV after that (because I was having good luck with that after AOHR), rinsed with water again, scrunched out the extra water then put a very sparing amount of [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] in.

So very little curl today, my hair is dull and kind of dry feeling again. I suspect my hair does not like the nettle bar as opposed to not using enough of the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] and maybe I should not have rinsed out the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Knot-Today-p-207.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-knot-today-leaveindetangler]KCKT[/buylink].

well, i dont know about the cv nettle shampoo, dont have any experience with that. but i think u should definitely try using a leave in with the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]kccc[/buylink]. and use enough [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]kccc[/buylink] also, i think its better to overapply and then gradually adjust the amount until you get it right. but thats just my little theory. hth...:thumbup:

I agree with BACG--[buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] needs a leave in. I didn't care for [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Knot-Today-p-207.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-knot-today-leaveindetangler]KCKT[/buylink]--I use Giovanni Direct and usually KBB hair nectar. Today, I tried KBB hair milk. I'm having an incredible curly day. I think, now that the weather's changed, hair milk will be the leave in.

My hair did not like the CV bar I tried. It likes the Swastik Shikakai and the organic soap bars I use. I also started using the Braggs ACV yesterday--and my hair spirals in the shower when I spray it on! My hair is usually straight when wet. HTH.
