any helpful hints for KCCC?

hi! I have 3b/c , any suggestions or helpful hints on how to get it to work best? what to follow up with? combine with anything or finish with anything in particular???

I've been using [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] for the last few days and I'm not totally sold on it... but I do find (and many here will agree) LESS IS MORE. You will be tempted to over do it. Don't.
I find that I can't use it w/ [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Knot-Today-p-207.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-knot-today-leaveindetangler]KCKT[/buylink]. I use Giovanni LI.

I agree that less is more. I've had AMAZING results with it, and barely made a dent in the jar. I use it over a LIIIIIIITTLE KY (in place of CK) and [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Mixed-Chicks-Leave-in-Conditioner-p-279.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=mixed-chicks-leavein-conditioner]mixed chicks leave in[/buylink]. Generally my styling method is apply KY all over, then apply [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] and [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Mixed-Chicks-Leave-in-Conditioner-p-279.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=mixed-chicks-leavein-conditioner]Mixed Chicks Leave-in[/buylink] to small sections, tightly twist, then diffuse when whole head is done. Takes a little while but it looks amazing and since I've started I've had 2nd 3rd and 4th day hair (technically 3rd and a 1/2 day hair but w/e lol).

Last Spring, I think I used the CJ banana hibiscus LI. The first time I used it, I had my best ever curly day of my early CG experience. Since that time, I've become better and have really gotten my products and technique honed. I essentially apply products like mysterflavored video:

I also use Mystery Flavored's technique although this week I've been experiementing with the Denman brush.

I like [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] best with a tiny dab of Knot Today underneath and a dab of Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee on top for extra hold. You've got more curl than I do though, so you probably wouldn't need the BRHG.

I love [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink]. It's my favorite product. There is a learning curve as to the right amount, but once you figure it out, it's wonderful.

I've used the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] with KCKT and with other leave in conditioners and I'm convinced that the [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Curling-Custard-p-778.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-curling-custard]KCCC[/buylink] is not dependent upon [buylink=http://www.curlmart.com/Kinky-Curly-Knot-Today-p-207.html?utm_source=naturallycurly.com&utm_medium=text-link&utm_content=curltalk-post-text&utm_campaign=kinkycurly-knot-today-leaveindetangler]KCKT[/buylink] to work. Personally, I've had my best results putting a quarter size amount on DAMP hair and scrunching. My curls were so much better formed than when I applied it to soaking wet hair. I even apply it to dry hair after I'm done for extra bounce and hold.

I just stick my four fingers in the tub and what comes out is used on my ends (while my head is upside down) and then another four finger amount on the rest while right side up. I apply on wet hair over a leave in. I just rake/scrunch in. I start by raking just a bit on the ends and then the rest is all scrunched in. I get my best results over KBB nectar leave in or Alaffia hair lotion leave in. I was using a gel over but since yesterday I am trying it without it.
