I don't have any trouble with the loading speed, but I've had this at the top of the main page:

I just posted something on Announcements.... I'm so sorry... we're making some improvements to the main site, and CT is taking a bit of a hit. Shouldn't last too much longer.

Thanks for putting up w/ it..... I think you'll like the changes on the main site....

OK, the site is running a bit slow and we're working on that, but there are a few new fun features.... let's see if you can find them!

Very very slow. I'll be back when it picks up, it's just too frustrating waiting for so long.

I've been having a lot of problems with loading since Friday. There have also been issues with sending private messages. Wasn't sure if they were sent, because it didn't show up in sent list--but I got a response, so I guess it was.

I thought it was just me. It's very, very slow. Worse than dial-up!

We just got a new computer and it's been lightning fast which is AWESOME!

But the past two days I don't spend much time on NC (sob) because it is VERY slow.....

Yup, pages loading way to slow lately.
Last week I tried editting a page and kept timing out. After 5 or 6 tries I gave up.

It seems like it's gotten even slower now....slower than it was this morning. I have only looked at a couple of threads tonight, but it's so slow, I'm giving up.

Wow, much worse than a dial up connection. I have to take a break from here for a while, way to aggravating. Hope it's back up and running soon!

Any idea what is wrong or how long it's going to take to fix it? It's really awful.

Poop. I'm so sorry; we made some improvements to the site but they have taken a toll on our server.

Are you seeing slowness all over the site, or just on CurlTalk?
