Is Lottabody Setting lotion a hair texturizer?

A friend of mine has been recommending this setting lotion to me ever since I told her I was natural and I use gel. Here's a link /home/leaving?target=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.texasbeautysupplies.com%2Flot013032.html" class="Popup She said it's better than using gel and your hair doesnt end up with the crunch feel that gel has. So she gave me a bottle with some left over. So when i got home i decided to google it and up popped some texturizer stuff and i got scared I just wanted to make sure it isnt and I am over reacting lol. Here are the ingredients.

D&C Red No. 33, Dmdm Hydantoin, FD&C Blue No. 1 Fragrance, Methylparaeben, PEG 40 Lanolin, Polyquaternium 11, Polysorbate 20, Water

They seemed fine to me except i have no idea what a few words mean.

Thank you!!

No. It is what it says it is.

My hair dresser uses the setting lotion on me and it does wonders for relaxed hair. I guess it does the same for natural since I am transitioning. My roller sets has lasted me for 2 weeks at one time and if you are a heavy sleeper it does no justice but You can also wrap your hair.
