I have a question: Can I use 100% pure olive oil or it has to be extra virgin olive oil? Do I need to wash my hair with a shampoo or can I co-wash after the treatment?BTW I want to try the conditioner, honey and olive oil deep treatment and the Motowngirl's homemade spritz. Thanks in advance!!

Any kind of olive oil as long as it is pure olive oil.

From experience, I think oils are washed out easier with conditioner instead of shampoo.

Virgin, extra virgin, or pure only matters if your hair has taste buds. Olive oils contain the same nutrients in either variety. Just ensure that its 100% olive oil and not a blend of olive and another oil.
