I'm a gummy worm! :-(

I've been going to a 1 hr Power Yoga class every Tues, doing as much as I can on the elliptical on Monday, Weds & Thurs (usually 15 minutes on fat burn at 50 rpm forward & reverse), or skipping elliptical & doing all uphill treadmill at 2.5 mph at a friend's house on Thurs, & just started a 1 hr Friday Pilates.

I realized, I'm a gummy worm! :(

What else could I be doing at other times to get into shape?

    Weights! I see the most change in my body when I use weights! 3,5 & 8 lbs, doing lots of reps.

    I forgot to put in that I use the big ball doing crunches & weight lifts & then go to the leg lift & press machines afterwards. I think I use the arm machines too. :? It's been since early or mid last week that I've been to the gym.

    I'm looking to lose weight first.

    But I do need some muscle tone so I don't stay a gummy worm. :roll:
