Whats ACV?

What is it? and whats the recipe?

Apple Cider Vinegar.

I just use white vinegar but sometimes any vinegar rinse tends to get referred to as ACV.

My recipe is 1-2 tablespoons in a pint of water, poured over hair and let sit for a couple minutes. Then I do rinse mine with water, but some people just leave it in and let it dry that way.

can you use just plain vinegar?

Yeah, I use the white vinegar that comes in the generic store brand in the gallon jug for like a dollar or something. Works great. It's probably the best bang for a buck I have gotten from anything I have ever used on my hair.
