    hi @ all
I'm new to this forum and not speaking English perfectly cause I'm from Germany but still pretty enthusiastic about these pages and the great methods and photos I am able to get to know here. CG really seems to work even with me, I started trying it yesterday and it just looks awesome, think I'll post some pics tomorrow when my hair is 'fresh' again :D.

    Hi,
i startet cg a week ago. The last years i only use natural/botanical producs withaut "cones" sls, als, sles etc. Some days i love my hair, and as many days as this i have bad hair days.
Because of this i startet the cg routine.
    Here are pictures before cg:
    A good hairday:

a normal hair day (very frizzy):

    Today, after a week cg:
    umgewandeltbx1.th.jpg

I think there ist already a difference:
the hair has much less frizz and it shines a lot. The curls are different, too (i don´t find the right english word).

My avatar pic was my best hairday pre-CG. It was taken when I was 16, so I can't remember what I did to get that hair (I think it involved mousse).

Here are some more typical pre-CG pics.

In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God concerning you.

CG stands for curly girl, the method of haircare outlined by Lorraine Massey's book 'Curly Girl'. I think that there's a good summary of this method in the Shampooless section of this forum...basically, it's no sulfates and no silicones.
This is such an inspiring thread :). Everyone has seriously awesome hair.
