You might try contacting Gretchen or one of the other moderators about changing your name, or you could reregister under a different name - hope that helps.

It's amazing how much perkier everyone's hair looks.

CG isn't for everyone, but it is at least worth an honest try.

This is pre CG, when my hair was super long. It actually doesn't look that bad, but I think it was still wet.

And post CG and a much needed haircut. I think this one might have even been the elusive 2nd day hair.

Mysteryflavored, your hair is AMAZING :happy2:

    Seriously.

It's soft and natural and defined looking. Every strand is perfect. It's all clumpy and wonderful (and you know I mean 'clumpy' in a good way). :)

    Golly.

I'm sure you've done this at some point, but could you post your routine and product use?

By the way, I didn't think I was crazy, there is a thread like this from a couple weeks ago here. But I had like a crazy hard time searching for it. According to the search engine, there are no posts on this forum contaning the words "before" and "after."

You mean the Curly Girl book? Are you able to order things from other EU countries? (I'm not sure about rules or expenses for that.) If you are, the German Amazon.com carries it here.

Thank you! That's what I mean:)

Pffff, you call the hair in MY before picture curls? Nope! definitely waves...I couldn't believe it had gotten to that point...my hair was MUCH curlier when I was in high school!

If I had a picture on this computer, I would show you, but I don't. =/

Lol, your before isn't that bad, but you did have a big change in texture! It was neat watching the pattern in your second pic.

I don't see any curls in my before - just Frizz-Ease coated stuff that is neither a wave nor a curl, and not in a good way, lol.

Interesting, none of the befores look bad, but it does show that some of us never really see our curl potential until we change our routines around.
