Do you have a suggestion for a good exercies to help this. Now I have it bad. It comes and goes and I don't do any exercise. I have taken yoga before. Thanks.

    Hi there,
    Yes, I do. In our yoga class we did a move that was great for that. You lay on your back on a yoga mat or carpeted floor. Bring your knees into your chest (or whatever is comfortable). Wrap your hands around your knees and roll on your lower back from right to left. Slowly. It actually massages your back. If you actually feel a knot you can keep rolling onto it to massage it. It works well.

    Feel better.
