how do you clean it? I can get the stray hairs off easily enough, but there's also a build up of product.

    You can use some antibacterial soap and an old toothbrush to scrub the buildup off.

    Style: Smooth n shine curl activator gel for extra dry hair.
    Shampoo 1x every other week with Biolage Ultra Hydrating. Condition wash every two days with Sallys Shea moisture condition or Aussie Moist conditioner.

    Thanks, Jari. Why didn't I think of that? :wink: Actually, just yesterday, I recalled that the plates can be taken off. That and the toothbrush should do the trick. Thanks, again!

    I'm so glad you asked that. I've been trying to figure out a way to clean it for months and it never dawned on me to post that question here. :laughing7:
