Whoa Nelly! Take one BIG step back!

So, I'm doing an appointment today for a new prospective student. We're talking about his previous schooling and I found out he went to cosmetology school. I've been toying with going to cosmetology school for a while, so I start asking him if he liked the institute he went to. Things are going great and he tells me that he is thinking about getting back into doing hair because he misses it (uh, why are you going back to school, then?). I mention that there is big money if you know how to cut curly hair.

Whoa-uh! He says he loooooovvvveeeesss curly hair, it's his favorite to play with. He loves to work with it, he loves the way it feels. At one point, I was afraid he was going to crawl across the desk and run his fingers through my hair! :stop: Take one BIG step back and put your hands in your pockets!

Why do I get these kind of reactions? Seriously...Just admire from afar, people! The 6 foot bubble still stands, I don't care how much you love my hair!

Oh, and by the way...bad hair day, too! 12% humidity, so I'm lucky with waves today.

Did I mention he was bald? And he was waiting for a call back for his dream job...a singing Gondolier at the Venetian in Vegas! Not to mention his Disney polo shirt and his Disney denim jacket with pins from numerous musicals...oh, baby! Can I pick them, or can I pick them?

Watch, he'll read this thread and storm in in a huff. That would be just my luck!

I had to stop going to a salon because there was this really creepy guy there. He would touch my hair because he had to but he would also touch my arms and one time he grabbed my chest, he made it look like an accident but it totally wasnt. I haven't let a man do my hair since then.

The funny thing is...I would probably trust him to do my hair, but it was a little creepy to encounter in an appointment. I do admit that male stylists in general are more handsy than females, but I've never had a problem yet (not many experiences, either).

I think if I had your experience, I wouldn't go back either!

Nah, I wasn't worried about that. He doesn't swing that way. But that was a good point! I will now ask him to put his hands on his bald head!
