Pesach (passover) Cake

6 oz melted semi-sweet chocolate
10 eggs, seperated
7/8 cup sugar
2 cups ground almonds

- Melt chocolate in double boiler, set aside.
- Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, mix in sugar.
- Add ground almonds and chocolate to the egg/sugar mixture.
- Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into other ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about one hour.

This is a really yummy, easy cake for pesach! It's a little late because most people have already done or went to a seder, but if you observe the banning of chametz (leavened foods) during passover (which I don't really... haha) it's great for the other days! It's good year round actually if you have a gluten sensitivity or something that would make you not want to eat flour...
