    Hi Windflower,

Just wanted to chime in and say I totally agree with rouquinne. I apply my sunscreen everyday, regardless of the weather outside, even if I don't think I will be outside much. It has just become a habit in my daily morning routine. From what I understand, even on a cloudy day an extremely high amount of uv rays penetrate - just bacause you cannot see the sun doesn't mean you are safe from uv exposure. And windows do not offer any protection either. Hope that helps! :)

the sun is also causing damage to your furniture and carpeting. have you considered putting UV film on your windows? it also helps with air conditioning costs in the summer.
