Which do you think caused the great hair loss to stop?

Never mind my original post! I was losing hair either due to a normal phase (resting & summer) or due to being on Coumadin, maybe both, & maybe also due to shampooing every other day.
I'm losing hair again & I'm also on Coumadin again, but this time I'm only shampooing once a week.

I started eating things rich in b vitamins and started taking a Biotin/B complex vitamins and my anxiety/panic attacks stopped and my hair loss stopped and is thicker and growing faster now.

Playing with my hair is a hobby. Fluffy, fine natural 4a. Goal= Healthy, beautiful hair that retains its length.
You're in periomenopause, correct? The bioidentical hormones will help you big time but also other levels (B vitamins that are essential for hair health) can drop during this time and cause hair loss.
A complete blood panel can help determine where you're low and the next step is to find out which vitamins/foods can help you. I totally believe a holistic approach can help *BIG* time.

I'm sorry, I just saw your post. I didn't even see it when I edited my previous posts.
But, the hair was/is from all over.
