Anyone have oily hair?

I was talking to a friend who has a gentle bodywave in her hair, but no more, who is really into natural remedies etc, but who was worried about not shampooing because her hair tends to be oily.

As someone who never manages to have enough moisture in her hair, I didn't have any tips. But later I thought, maybe ACV rince, and lemon or baking soda in with your conditioner.

Anyway, anyone have any suggestions?

Wanting to push the CG-thing to not-so-curlies too!

My scalp used to be a little oily before starting to CO wash and starting to wash less. Honestly I think the extra massaging that you do when you CO wash has helped with that. I also think that the less I've washed and the more days I've gone in between, the better it gets.
Last summer I had to clarify with a clarifying shampoo a few times and I had a hard time with my hair but this summer it's much better. Over time it just keeps getting better.
2b/3a, primarily use Jessicurl and DevaCurl products, Curls Hair Tea conditioner and various gels. I'm modified CG-ish since 5/04.
