I just got mine in the toffee and I love it. I will be ordering the black and white bone, the mariah, and the billi jean in the near future. The beads are of excellent quality and the maker is extremely creative.

If you are looking for a way to jazz up that puff/ponytail/bun or put up your locs, you should seriously check these out.

    Anyone else try these yet?

They look pretty neat, but I wish they had more pics of them where people are actually wearing them. Are they just decoration or do they hold your hair as well?

I bought some for my mom's locs and ended up taking one of them for myself. :) I'll try to take a picture of the one I have in my hair if anyone's interested. I used my in place of a headband or scarf to hold back my puff and it stays secure.

Cheleigh how tight are they? I've been having a problem with some headbands/elastics making my head hurt.

They don't really sit on top of the head--they mostly grab the hair around the puff, so I consider them comfortable and not tight. They're also adjustable.

I agree with Cheleigh, no they are not tight and yes they hold the hair in place. I should probably post a pic to my fotki, but I have not had a chance to do so yet. I think someone else on here may already have a pic posted to theirs, I just can't remember what the name of the album is.

It secures the hair. I use it to secure my hair into a puff. It does not pull the hair out. It is not tight and will not give you a headache, and you can adjust the tightness to suit your needs and desires.

Ha! My son loved that video, he giggled at the faces she made and then waved bye bye at her at the end.

The video makes me think my hair might not be long enough though...I think I will still order them though along with a hair zing.

I wish she sold the earrings separately. It will be while before I have enough hair to actually use the twists.

I may be making a stop at micheal's today with the printout of this page.

edit: there must be a latent pj in me. I guess I'll post pics when everything arrives.

Yes that helps a lot. But my hair will not sit still while I wrap, I may have to scrunchi it then wrap with the twist.
